The Paleo Diet or Caveman Diet is more than 10,000 years old. The Paleolithic diet is now the Modern Paleo diet. Paleolithic people are cave humans and cave women. There are no farms and wild animals free to roam. The paleolithic period is pre-agriculture. The paleolithic diet is a milk-free animal that has not been tamed. Potatoes and grains are excluded from their diets because all food is eaten by raw potatoes and whole grains contain poison when raw.
